Are payments recorded automatically in my hotel management system?

Yes, successful payments are automatically recorded in the booking and financial reports. Invoices that are commercial documents can be issued automatically or manually.

Can I charge for damages after the fact?

Technically yes, but with Strong Customer Authentication (SCA), guests need to authenticate the damage fee as an online payment. We recommend dealing with room damage cases while the guest is still at the hotel (if not, you can easy send a payment link).

Yes, Stripe allows you to create payment links and share the link with your customers. Simply create and share a link on social media or via email.
